The SharePoint 2013 preview has been out for a couple of weeks and Microsoft recently announced two of their certifications for the new version of SharePoint. Much like with 2010 I expect that they will have two tracks, one for the IT Pro for configuration and administration, and another track for the Developer. However, the following are mostly geared for the IT Pro and deal with farm configuration, security and information architecture.
Exam 70-331: Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013

- Plan Security
- Install and Configure SharePoint Farms
- Create and Configure Web Applications and Site Collections
- Maintain a Core SharePoint Environment
Exam 70-332: Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013
- Plan Business Continuity Management (21 percent)
- Plan a SharePoint Environment (20 percent)
- Upgrade and Migrate a SharePoint Environment (20 percent)
- Create and Configure Service Applications (21 percent)
- Manage SharePoint Solutions, BI, and Systems Integration (18 percent)

It looks like there is an overall training link for Video demos and training for SharePoint 2013. Looking at the page the table in the middle appears to have extra blank rows, so I assume this is a placeholder for when they add additional content.
